I was getting out of the army and needed a car to drive 1500 miles home. They only let me test drive it in the dealer lot. Once I got out out of the parking lot and down the road I noticed it couldn’t keep 1500 miles home. They only let me test drive it in the dealer lot. Once I got out out of the parking lot and down the road I noticed it couldn’t keep up with traffic. Took it back after 11 days. (That was when they said to bring it in to fix it) Only drove it 3 times. They said they would fix everything. When I picked it up the day before I was discharged they said the catalytic converter hadn’t come in but everything else was good. They knew I was driving 1470 miles home. It broke down after 8 hours. When I talked to them to tell them to take their car back they claim to have told me not to drive it! Seriously?? Why would I buy a car I cannot drive? When a mechanic looked at it he said nothing was done to service the cars engine. He said the oil was sludge and hadn’t been changed in a very long time (funny how the service report says the opposite) and I need a new motor. Did I mention the electrical problem? Don’t even get me started with that. It won’t start without being jumped! So now I am out 4400$ for the down payment and 1000$ to get the piece of junk to my hometown! Don’t buy from these people. They rip off active service people and veterans! They won’t do the right thing and refund my $ and get their garbage car. More

CROOKS I was with my daughter a singe mom when she test drove this car. It smelled like burnt rubber. It took 5hours to do the aper work. we were late and off to Denver airpot. 20 mintues later the engine light went on and the burning was back. Iwe called them . i had to caught a plane. She brought the car in the net day. weeks latter again they said they fixed everything. It seemed to be ok for weeks but there was some weird noise. She brought it back again. By now its been over 3months and she purches a warrant but they said it would cost $2600.oo but they would pay half.. Shepaid and AGAIN they said they fied everything...weeks latter more noise and she is afarid to drive it . She brought it back to them AGAIN. Her name is Julia Ackerman and they have he car right now. NOW WHAT... THEY SOLD HER A BROKEN CAR THEY NEW IT AND WONT FI IT... WHAT DO YOU THING. More

This auto group made many promises and then backed out of all of them upon the sale. I would be ashamed to work for a dealership like this. Forever greatful I’ve never experience more happiness and joy than I have coming to Rocky Mountain auto brokers. Over had a long history of playing sports in college, I’ve never experience more happiness and joy than I have coming to Rocky Mountain auto brokers. Over had a long history of playing sports in college, graduating from college, struggling to find a job that would allow me to take on more responsibilities as a young man trying to take care of his young son I can finally say that I’m in a position to take on those responsibilities and finally establish myself as a man. For many years I had to rely on my parents and low income to just get by but now I’m happy to say I’ve accomplished one of my life goals in buying my first car. Rocky Mountain auto brokers gave me the opportunity to do that and so much more. The moment I stepped foot in this place I immediately felt like family. Not only did they help me get into my dream car since I was 13 years old in high school they found me an opportunity to establish myself in this world and for that I am forever greatful. This is a place that you really feel like part of the family business. I am forever greatful for everything you guys have done for me. Thank you all so much.
