I have been happily married for 14 years and I am the proud father of 5 children; a minivan or school bus was my only option. That said, this is our second Toyota Sienna out of the Wallingford dealership and third overall. There are several reasons why I (we) came back to Wallingford. First of all, I remember having a very pleasant experience herethree years ago. Secondly, Sam (Internet Sales) called my wife and I several times as our lease was coming to a close. Being in sales myself, I appreciated her tenacity and at the same time respected her very tactful approach at trying to start a dialogue towards a new lease/purchase. Lastly, living roughly 50 minutes from Wallingford, I was actually trying to find a closer dealership to my home. I was able to locate one immediately (obviously) and decided to drop by. Without exaggeration, I left as quickly as I pulled into the drive. Perception and image is everything in sales...I was not impressed. I came back to Wallingford not knowing anyone and unsure if the drive would be worth it; it was. In my many years of leasing/purchasing vehicles, I have Never had a more pleasant experience than with Dan, Stu, and Gloria (to include my original lease). Warm, professional, courteous, fair, knowledgeable, hard working - these are just a few of the descriptives I would use. All three of them took a real interest in my family and our needs. There was no 'sales pitch', there was no 'fake or false'' talk, and there was ZERO pressure. I felt completely comfortable from the moment I walked into Toyota Wallingford to the moment I left. It is a real gift in the sales profession if one can make another individual feel comfortable - especially in auto sales. These are solid individuals and the owner of this dealership should feel proud to have them here. My family and I will gladly drive the 50 minutes to have our new Sienna serviced and have an opportunity to say hello to our new friends. There is a reason why this dealership is number one in the state of CT. In my view, it has everything to do with Sam, Dan, Stu, and Gloria. Thank you. More

Dan is an exceptional salesman. He has an innate ability to make one comfortable in his presence. This fosters the ability to speak your mind and not feel as is judgement may be upon you. This was evidenced by his extending an invitation to return to the dealership to assist with me with any questions I may have had about the tech equipment. After shopping at 2 other competing dealerships I gladly made my purchase from Toyota of Wallingford. I made an inquiry regarding a Tacoma I found on the dealers on line inventory. With in the hour Ron Ja made my purchase from Toyota of Wallingford. I made an inquiry regarding a Tacoma I found on the dealers on line inventory. With in the hour Ron Jackson e-mailed me a video of a walk around of the Tacoma, showing the options, window sticker, interior, live navigation demo, rebate info etc. I was traveling a long distance and was glad to see with my own eyes this was equipped just the way I wanted it. I sent one more e-mail question after the dealer closed, however Ron again responded immediately. The next day after a short negotiation with Dan Roberts I completed a purchase agreement on a new Tacoma. The process was actually enjoyable. My trade in was appraised very fairly, the new Tacoma was priced below my other quotes and I couldn't have been made more comfortable by the staff. The following day my new truck was in perfect condition ready for delivery. Dan set up my accounts for the Entune and Navigation systems, completed the programming and answered my questions enabling me to start using the systems right away. My wife even took advantage of the complimentary manicure the dealer offers. If we had our son with us he could have played in the child friendly play area or visited the monster truck outside. Bottom line, the negotiation was fair, honest and hassle free, trade in value was generous and the easy going and competent staff made for a great experience.
