Internet sales advisor, Heather got right back to me and understood my desire to communicate via email until I was ready to look at a vehicle. At that time she hooked me up with Dan to look at the vehicle that I chose and work out details. I was looking for someone who would not be pushy and would be honest and helpful. Dan delivered. He was helpful, accommodating and made it fun. Finally, I met Bill to finalize my sale and do paperwork and my esteem for this sales team just grew. Every single person that I encountered at Wallingford Toyota was friendly, helpful and respectful of my wishes. Used car buying at WOW is a great experience! Toyota of Wallingford had nearly the exact Highlander I wanted in stock (would have preferred a 2016, its a 2015) most dealers it was order and wait. Of course part of that is just luck. I emailed our salesman Jay M) for he best price. We took it for a test drive, left for one last test drive, returned that day and bought it after a little haggling. They gave me a great price for my trade, the F & I guy Rob had a good sense of humor, and wasn't pushy. Great car, minimal hassle More
