My Review Of Wendell Motor Sales:
I have never own a truck in my entire life and when I started looking I went to a few places and was not getting the service and greeting I was looking for, until I landed at WENDELL Motors, I was there with my fiancee and we started looking at trucks in the back yard we saw lots of nice trucks so we decided to walk in the showroom and there we saw a 2013 Dodge Ram with a sign saying $14,000.00 off, so out of the blues I hear this lady asking me if she can help me I said sure, she introduce herself as Cynthia Sharp, she explain to me that the trcuk was a DEMO and that there was about little kms, she ask us after explaining to us the details of the truck if we wanted to go for a test drive and we accepted, so she went a gotten a 2013 RAM LARAMIE and we went for test drive, as we were driving she expalined to us all the bells and whistle that the truck ad, let me tell you that the experience of driving that RAM was incredible, when we got back to the shop she offered us a coffee which was very nice of her, I accepted and she brought me a coffee to her desk, we talked about the price and how things worked fo buying a new vehicule because it was the first time for me owing a brand new vehicule, Cynthia always ad a nice smile and answered all questions that I ad and if she could not answer she made sure that someone else can, so we put down a deposit on the truck not knowing that a other couple ad done the same thing just minutes before me, once all papers were done Cynthia went to see her manager for signature and went she came back her face was different and she told be in a sad face that the truck was sold to the other couple, so I was kind of upset because she told me that the truck was mine, so she said that something needs to be done I cannot let you go like this because of the mistake that was done, so she talked to her manager again and they both came to Cynthia's office to tell me that the only choice they can do is sell me a brand new truck at the same price, you would not believe the look in my face when I heard that, the manager shock my hand and said congradulation. I know that other dealers would have probably said sorry nothing we can do but WENDELL did not they understand that a mistake was made and not the customers fault, my experience with WENDALL will always stay with me, I've been talking to a lot of people at work about my experience and hoping to bring business to your shop. I will do all my services and other maintenance at wendell's to keep a good relationship with you guys....Thank-You so very much to Cynthia and the rest of the staff that helped me that day............ Good Job
