They have an above average customer service. They put confidence back into me with the brand and customer care. I purchased two vehicles from them and I live in Hamilton, so I have plenty of options, they worth the drive to Kitchener hands down.

My Review Of Wendell Motor Sales:

I walked in Wendell Motor a year and half ago with no attention to buy a new car at the time. Cynthia Sharp approached us and introduced all the options we may be interested in. The used cars didn't attract us and we didn't want to buy a new car at the time, so we just had a good chat with her and left. Cynthia followed up with us when she found a good deal and kept us up-to-date. With all the pleasant conversations in the past, her name came to our mind when we decided to buy a new car. so we sit down and finalized a good deal with her. The most important thing is: we love the Journey we bought and it works great.

My Review Of Wendell Motor Sales:

I had a wonderful experience in buying my new car. I was contacted several times by email after my first visit which kept me connected to the dealership. My only disappointment was that I was promised 3 free and 2 half-price oil changes but after signing the deal I was informed that it was only up to $40.00 off an oil change and not free. This was disappointing since they broke their promise.

My Review Of Wendell Motor Sales:

I called Cynthia and asked her to keep an eye out for a used Dodge Caravan with Stow'n'go and captains chairs and rear heat. I gave her the mileage I was hoping for and a price I could afford. She called me within a week and had a van that exceeded my expectations. My kids and I are enjoying our new van and are enjoying all the extra features that it came with.

My Review Of Wendell Motor Sales:

I have been a Honda owner for over 25 years and have been pleased with the vehicles that I have owned. The time had come for a family oriented mode of transport. We looked around at different dealerships, including Wendell's and came back for our used Grand Caravan. We were treated like a member of the Wendell family from the start of our experience; and are still feeling like a member of the family: which is truly a unique buying experience. From our salesperson, Cynthia, to the president, Craig; we had timely feedback and assistance for all of our questions and concerns. Needless to say, I am no longer driving a Honda.

My Review Of Wendell Motor Sales:

We went to Wendell because we had received an invitation in the mail for some promotion. My husband and I were not planning on buying a new (used) car, but we thought we would go for fun. when we go there we saw a 2010 Dodge Journey that we liked. We ended up talking to Cynthia. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to work out a price that was going to cost us less than what we were paying for our 2006 Jeep Grande Cherokee. This was great news for us! Buying the Journey also came with a few free oil changes and a couple 1/2 off oil changes. Cynthia made the buying process very easy and fast. She was easy to get along with and very knowledgable. We would definitely think about going to Wendell again to buy a at again in the future!

My Review Of Wendell Motor Sales:

I have never own a truck in my entire life and when I started looking I went to a few places and was not getting the service and greeting I was looking for, until I landed at WENDELL Motors, I was there with my fiancee and we started looking at trucks in the back yard we saw lots of nice trucks so we decided to walk in the showroom and there we saw a 2013 Dodge Ram with a sign saying $14,000.00 off, so out of the blues I hear this lady asking me if she can help me I said sure, she introduce herself as Cynthia Sharp, she explain to me that the trcuk was a DEMO and that there was about little kms, she ask us after explaining to us the details of the truck if we wanted to go for a test drive and we accepted, so she went a gotten a 2013 RAM LARAMIE and we went for test drive, as we were driving she expalined to us all the bells and whistle that the truck ad, let me tell you that the experience of driving that RAM was incredible, when we got back to the shop she offered us a coffee which was very nice of her, I accepted and she brought me a coffee to her desk, we talked about the price and how things worked fo buying a new vehicule because it was the first time for me owing a brand new vehicule, Cynthia always ad a nice smile and answered all questions that I ad and if she could not answer she made sure that someone else can, so we put down a deposit on the truck not knowing that a other couple ad done the same thing just minutes before me, once all papers were done Cynthia went to see her manager for signature and went she came back her face was different and she told be in a sad face that the truck was sold to the other couple, so I was kind of upset because she told me that the truck was mine, so she said that something needs to be done I cannot let you go like this because of the mistake that was done, so she talked to her manager again and they both came to Cynthia's office to tell me that the only choice they can do is sell me a brand new truck at the same price, you would not believe the look in my face when I heard that, the manager shock my hand and said congradulation. I know that other dealers would have probably said sorry nothing we can do but WENDELL did not they understand that a mistake was made and not the customers fault, my experience with WENDALL will always stay with me, I've been talking to a lot of people at work about my experience and hoping to bring business to your shop. I will do all my services and other maintenance at wendell's to keep a good relationship with you guys....Thank-You so very much to Cynthia and the rest of the staff that helped me that day............ Good Job

My Review Of Wendell Motor Sales:

I've been purchasing and having my cars serviced at Wendell's for many years. The prices have always been fair but what keeps me coming back is the level of service practiced throughout the company. When I've purchased vehicles I've always felt that my business was important to everyone involved in the process. When I've dealt with the body shop the work has been excellent and the turnaround quite quick. The service team do a great job of making you feel like you are "part of the family". Karen and Jeannine always greet you with a smile and seem to genuinely like their customers. The drivers get you where you need to go in no time if you need a ride and the quality of the service work is second to none. Thank you Craig and the whole team.
