I was at work and would not get off work until 5 and was an hour away. He loved the car and knew that I would. I called my credit union (NEFCU) and they got me all set. Marc and Connor worked it out so that everything was all set aS they directly coordinated with NEFCU. Marc stayed late, I signed all the paperwork and he took extra time to help me set up my phone and show me all the wonderful gadgets on my new to me car. Truely knowledgable, personable and friendly. My husband has been pushing me for a bit to upgrade my 2011 rav4. i stopped to look on Tuesday afternoon. just parked by the cars and started looking My husband has been pushing me for a bit to upgrade my 2011 rav4. i stopped to look on Tuesday afternoon. just parked by the cars and started looking. a nice young man said hello and said he was happy to answer any questions i had. no pressure, no pushy questions Derek was easy to talk to and his knowledge on the product was amazing. he explained the different models and i chose the one i liked. he spent over an hour going over everything i asked about. he gave me the info on the car to bring home. my husband and i made an appointment for sat morning. Derek and Zack did their magic in the money end of things to help us get a great deal. on a very busy sat morning the manager even came over and personally thanked us. Derek helped us load all the apps, showed us how to use them and get the most out of our vehicle. he said to feel free to stop in anytime to get any help we may need as questions come up. we were able to leave with our new rav4. while celebrating over lunch, we got an e-mail from Dereck letting us know when our first service appointment is. we both highly recommend Derek Blood for anyone considering a Toyota. he knows and loves them. More

They worked with us,and helped educate me and my wife as this was our first time leasing a car. Not once did we feel like we didn't understand what we were doing. Marc went above and beyond what we expected on the level of service and proffesionalism. Every time we worked with him I had the genuine sense that he had our best interest at heart. Throughout the duration of our lease he was always there to answer our questions and resolve any issues. Connor also helped us out a lot too. I would(and have)reccomend this team and Marc spefically. We gained friends out of this experience. We unfortunately fell in love with another brand of car when our lease ended. Sometimes things just workout that way. Marc was still a professional and we could tell he was happy for us. It's hard to find service like this. We appreciate everything Connor and Marc did for us. Anyone going to this dealership relax and know your in good hands and your not just another sale. More

Angus Gunn was very attentive to our specific questions, yet easygoing to work with, from our first meeting and we were able to come to an agreement on the price in just 2 short visits to the dealership. His manager, Megan Terry, was also pleasant, professional, and timely in our negotiation. At the time of signing, I had our 3 children with us which was suboptimal but unavoidable. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff in the kid-friendly waiting area and Angus and his colleagues worked hard to get us out the door as efficiently as possible. We were more than happy with our experience and would recommend Heritage Toyota to any locals in the market for a Toyota. More

From the moment we met Michael made me feel at ease and was nothing but helpful throughout the process. He did not pressure me but simply pointed out useful information that fit my needs. And I could tell from the outset of our relationship that Michael's primary goal was helping me as a customer to find both what I needed and wanted. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a Toyota. Want to Heritage to check them out and went on a test drive with Derek Blood. He was friendly, super helpful without being pushy, and answered all our questions. While we had good experiences with everyone we talked to at Heritage, we really wanted to show some appreciation to Derek for a couple of things. One, he treated us like real people, not just a potential lead for a quota or something. We talked about our homestead, fishing and other stuff not related to buying a car. Two, he did a really great job after our initial visit of staying in contact just enough without overdoing it. He checked in on a timely schedule and made sure we had everything we needed to make a decision as the time came to lease a new vehicle. I can easily get turned off by overly pushy sales people and Derek is NOT one of those. He's great to work with. More
