My Review Of Crown Mazda:

We had a very positive experience leasing our 2014 CX5 from Crown. Clive was great salesman and really knows his stuff. And under some challenging circumstances, Mark stepped up and substituted ably for his Finance Manager. All in all a very good experience.

My Review Of Crown Mazda:

I had purchased a Mazda 3 Sport in 2008 with the help of Clive Carter and Mark Carver. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle this year, there was no question I was going back to Crown Mazda. They both got me into my new 2014 Mazda 6 GT and I love it. Even James came in on his day off to finalize the paperwork as it was a day that was most convenient to me. I know I will receive the best maintenance service just like with my 3 Sport from Aron and his team. Zoom zoom!

My Review Of Crown Mazda:

I had been looking for a used Ford Edge for a couple of weeks when I saw the 2012 at Crown Mazda. I phoned and spoke to Clive Carter and arranged to see the vehicle.

I was very impressed with the professional and courteous manner in which Clive handled my queries.

I now am driving the best vehicle that I have ever had, yet and am glad to have found it at Crown Mazda.

I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone else looking for a new/used vehicle.

My Review Of Crown Mazda:

Clive Carter was my product advisor, and he was fantastic. Friendly, Helpful, Not pushy at all, asked what my needs were, asked what my budget was, and helped get the numbers where they needed to be. Brian Buckmaster, was very friendly, very business oriented, and explained my options when it came to warranties and other added protections when it came to closing the deal. All in all my experience was very good. My only complaint would be that the cleenup of the car before delivery could've been a little better as there were a few spots on the car i had to work at to remove, and some residual glue in a few spots where the protective coverings from transporting from the factory were. All in all though a very positive experience so far. They followed up with phone calls a week and 2 weeks after purchase, set up a free 42 day inspection at the time of purchase. I would definately recommend clive carter if you are thinking about buying a new mazda.

We are amazed by the level of service we received at Crown Mazda. After a difficult experience at another dealership, it was refreshing to be welcomed warmly into Crown Mazda. They made the process as simple as possible. They were transparent with the whole car buying process. They even remembered that it was my husband's 30th birthday when he came back to the dealership. They had a cake ready for him - now THAT'S incredible!

My Review Of Crown Mazda:

In what i have experience clive approach us immediately when we arrive and he is knowledgable to all the features and safety of their vehicles and all of staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Clive explained to me the new skyactive engine how it is good for gas and he discussed to us the safety of the vehicle and clive took us for a test drive to feel the comfort and quality of the car. They give me a good deal on the car. He introduce me to all his/her fellow staff and guide me where will I go if i need a service/maintainance check. The finance manager explained all the details on the deal that we want. Clive explained to me the last details that i need to know about the car and he already set up my bluetooth.

My Review Of Crown Mazda:

Having bought and sold a number of cars in the past, my husband and I have a fairly good knowledge of what to expect when buying a vehicle. Clive was honest, respectful and polite. He was easy to talk to, gave us a good explanation of the vehicle, its features, warranty, specs, etc before and during the test drive. Negotiations between the manager and ourselves went smoothly and they were very accomodating to our requests. Most importantly to me, we were treated as equals in the purchase, and I never felt 'talked down to' or experienced times where Clive was only speaking to my husband about our purchase. I found Clive, and the general manager Mark, very good to deal with and I would recommend this delearship for honest salespeople.
Brian the financial manager was also very honest and professional. Like Clive, he was very clear about the finances, the terms of the purchase agreement and walked us through all the paperwork, even though it wasn't terribly complicated. We never felt pressured into any additional warranty or undercoating. We got quick approval for our new Mazda and drove it home the same day, even though it was very late in the evening.

My Review Of Crown Mazda:

My wife and I have returned to Destination Mazda because of the wonderful service we had received for our 2007 Mazda 3 that we leased from a different location. After having service with several other dealerships throughout Winnipeg, none compared to the attention to detail and the "little" extras we experienced with even a simple oil change. This was our first car lease from Destination Mazda. I was very pleased with how hard Tyler tried to make a deal work for us given our budget and family requirements. While this was going on Clive was a true gentleman and watched our 2 children and kept them out of trouble long enough for daddy to finish negotiating. Ron was very helpful in preparing our Mazda 5 and in assisting with the car seats. James did a great job dealing with the prickly topic of dollars and cents. Although I did get a sense that there have been some less than trustworthy individuals that have visited the dealership. Mark offered a very nice touch. He gave me use of the large bow to present the car appropriately to my wife. Aron (who we were familiar with) was very accommodating with preparing the car and answering any unusual questions we threw at him. Overall we are very happy with the car and the entire team involved in making a usually stressful event pleasant and one that definitely deserves acknowledgment. We certainly recommend Destination Mazda and all of the above mentioned, to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you all.
