Christy Darley at Davis GMC Buick

I had a battery charging problem with my truck on Monday afternooon and I went into the Davis service department where I get all my services done and talked to Christy about getting it in the next day first thing because I had to leave for Calgary by 9:00 am. Christy was so accommodating and great to deal with, she set me up with an appointment at 7:00 am Tuesday . I showed up at 6:30 am on the Tuesday and the doors were still locked, I saw Christy arrive at work and start to open up the service entrance for the day, as soon as she got the doors open she took me in before the service department was to open for the day and I met the mechanic and discribed the problem to him and my truck was whisked away, into the repair shop, within a half hour I was on my way. I can't say enough about the great service that I have always received at Davis from the oil change bay to the tire shop to Christy in the service department,

I have always received GREAT service when either purchasing a vehicle or getting my vehicle serviced at Davis GMC Buick. They are very friendly and accommodating to their customers needs, whether it be an oil change or tire check or service.

I brought my car in for warranty work on the command start, I had to make two trips because I forgot one set of keys at home the first time. The staff were very friendly, the second time in the mechanic came out right away and got to work so I was out in about half an hour which was great.

Staff were friendly and curtious upon arrival and pickup of vehicle. Price was reasonable for services performed. Free wash when serviced is always appreciative. Pick up time was exactly what was requested which is always greatly appreciated.

Everyone at this dealership continues to impress me, I have never been left unresolved. This team goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I also hear nothing but positive comments from customers across Southern Alberta. I recommend the Techs and dealership any chance I get.

I have owned vehicles for over 30 years. I must say Davis GM has been the best Dealership I have every dealt with... I have not yet experience a rough moment or belittled by any of the staff-- as has been the case with another in town Chev Dealer. I recommend Davis GM to all my family and friends.. I am very pleased with all departments... Thank You!

I have been using Davis for many years for our 2 personal vehicals and my work truck and we have always received great service. Christy and Rhonda are always pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Don the service tech called me to explain what they were doing with the car keeping us informed he also answered all my questions.It was a great experience dealing with your staff.
