I was doing a test drive with in 15 minutes of getting on to the property. After I got back we jumped right in to the paper work, which I was not familiar with at all because it was my first major truck purchase. Both Mike and Chris were very patient, helpful, and friendly through out the entire process. I would gladly go back to this dealership, or to either of the employees to purchase another vehicle. More

Flawless! From my initial phone call to Wilde Toyota, to the end of the sale, I could not have been more pleased! I had been looking for a car for over a month. From my initial phone call to Wilde Toyota, to the end of the sale, I could not have been more pleased! I had been looking for a car for over a month. I had interactions with other dealerships that were less than favorable. I called Wilde on a whim. I had a day off and thought, maybe there is someone who can find what I'm looking for? I called and talked with Amy. I gave her my "list of requirements" and she promptly said, I have exactly what you are looking for! I was shocked! How could this be? I have spent a month talking with other dealers, and just like that that she had exactly what I was looking for! I was elated! My final request to Amy, please put me in the hands of a really nice salesperson. A few minutes later, I got a call back from Kevin Nelson setting up a time to see the car. I was so excited! From the minute I met Kevin, I knew he was going to be great for me. He answered all of my questions and was understanding of my situation regarding my husband not being able to make it to the dealership. Many dealers I encountered, didn't want to talk with me, without my husband. Kevin understood the needs of a small business owner. We decided to purchase the vehicle. The dealership gave us a fair price on our trade. Chris in the finance department was excellent as well! Chris also was patient with the fact that I was doing this transaction without my husband present. I really felt that each person I encountered in the process was working with me, and for me. I made the call on Thursday at 10am to Wilde Toyota. On Friday at 1pm the car I wanted, was mine! I cant say enough about the 3 people I encountered at Wilde. I will buy from Kevin again. Hopefully next year when we need a car for our daughter! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for such excellent customer service. More
