Nick Stern spent the better part of 2 days with me helping me to find the right car at the right price. He stayed late, he skipped lunch. he did everything in his power to make the sale happen. I was frustrated at the negotiating style used by this dealership but that was not Nick's fault. He made the situation as good as he could. I then worked with Chris Walczak in the finance department. I told him what finance rate I wanted, and what I could afford for my monthly payments. He called around and made it happen. He is a personable man who expediated the process as much as possible. I was disappointed that I could not get a warranty with the car. Hopefully Wilde only sells reputable cars and this will be a nonissue. More

Chris who worked with the loan and warranty was also friendly and not pushy although our children have said we probably did not need the extended warranty we bought. .The only thing I would suggest is that staff offer water,soda or coffee when you are working with them for extended periods. MY husband did go get his own coffee several times but he had to ask about it. We felt we got a fairly good deal on the car. More

Wilde had a great price on a beautiful 2013 Hyndai Accent. I lived considerable distance, called to make sure car would be there; Komi had my car spotless and waiting in front for a test drive. He patiently got me through much of the paperwork, Chris took over, found me the very best payment plan and made sure I understood everything while signing the final papers. And didn't try to sell me any additional options. Everything was shining spotless and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, things couldn't have gone better. More

Most impressive was our experience with salesman Gary Thao. He displayed excellent knowledge of the car we wanted, was very patient with our questions, did not in any way rush us to decision and really went the extra mile in getting us the kind of vehicle we wanted even though it was not the standard vehicle normally available in this area. No other dealer or salesman was so cooperative. More

Chris was very funny and help me receive a good experience as well. But I do recommend that the supervisors watch out for how the sales people treat the new people. I found one salesman in particular named Jamie Shay REALLY RUDE to one of the new employees. I get it people make mistakes but you shouldn't disrespect them. I felt him very unprofessional when he was being rude to the employee in front of me, I almost took my business elsewhere, but Renee and Nick made it worth the stay, thank you guys! More

Outstanding in every way! Wilde has become the only place to go because of the staff and service. Kevin gets me into any car I want to test drive and gives me all the info and Wilde has become the only place to go because of the staff and service. Kevin gets me into any car I want to test drive and gives me all the info and tips I need. The prices are always competitive and trade ins taken fairly with great service all the way through financing with Chris. It is obvious here that you don't have to play the games or jump through the hoops that many other places do. Its these people that make it the only place I plan to come to for cars. More
