So we decided to come back to Tony Chan to purchase a second vehicle. I must say Tony Chan is by far the best sales man. He works above and beyond to make sure we find what we want. My husband and I were there basically all day test driving cars to find the right one. Tony Chan was patient the whole time. Let me add that he also was busy with other customers as well,but he always made sure we all were taken care of properly. We were very pleased with our overall experience. Chris was also great when it came to financing our car. We will most definitely be returning when it comes to buying another car. We also HIGHLY recommend Tony Chan if you looking for someone that really works with you and that isnt pushy and for a overall great experience. He's the man to go to. Trade-in and new Corolla I came in just to look but had a feeling I'd be trading in my trusty '07 Matrix... We decided to purchase the Jeep Patriot with Jamie but would need to come back to finish the paperwork. I called Jamie on his cell the next day with a question but learned later it was his off day. Even on his off day he went to the dealership to find the answer and immediately called me back. Great customer service Jamie! Our experience of buying a car at Wilde was nothing to dread because of working with Kevin. He is great at helping you find the car that's right for you and deals fairly and honestly...no hidden agendas, no haggling, no "arm twisting". With his years of experience and great attention to customer service, he made our car buying experience the best ever. He is the real deal! After we agreed on the purchase, he handed us off to the capable hands of Chris in the Finance Dept. who also did a great job. Precise in his attention to detail, methodical and expedient, he closed the deal and put no pressure on us to purchase the dreaded extended warranty. We couldn't believe how steam-lined the process was. We came away from this experience relieved, not regretful. Thanks to Kevin and Chris for a job well done! More
