A team approach, dedicated to find the perfect car! My mom is 78, and needed a car after driving her last car for 8 years. She has several physical limitations which require particular functionality, e.g. power lift gate and power seats, as well as a limited budget. It was clear from the start that the staff at Gates wanted to be sure that she was totally comfortable with the whole process; getting the perfect car for her needs. We were able to take our time and did not feel sales pressure. The staff was extremely personable and knowledgeable, bending over backwards. They strove to make the process as streamlined as possible, lining up various models to help her hone in on what she liked. The trade-in value they offered for her current vehicle was very fair. I definitely recommend this dealership; their personalized service is amazing. More

Gates met all of my needs Paul helped me find the vehicle that met all of my needs; spacious enough for people and cargo but still offering great fuel economy. I have ALWAYS b Paul helped me find the vehicle that met all of my needs; spacious enough for people and cargo but still offering great fuel economy. I have ALWAYS bought 1-2 year old cars, but the 2015 Rogue offered more space than it's predecessors. It is the perfect fit. Paul was able to help me without the phony feel of other dealerships and their, "Let me go check with my boss" lines. Within 4 hours I was driving away in my new car. I am also planning on servicing it there. More
