Never had met nor spoken with him but from the first conversation I felt that I was first, appreciated and that I was being well taken care of. After my purchase, the whole crew from Rick to the finance office to the delivery was done with utmost attention to my convenience and understanding the features on the vehicle. I couldn't have asked for more from what the folks at SP 5Star Ford did for us. I really liked his communication through the process and the knowledge he showed. The great experience continued went I went to Finance and sat down with Chris Lewis. That was an easy visit. Chris had everything ready and what I liked on paper, just had to sign. Both my experiences have been excellent with this dealership and with Carlos. I was in and out in around 2 hours. I was originally referred to Crystal Sanders by a friend because she loved her experience with her but she was not in. She quickly put me in touch with John Little who did everything possible to get me in t because she loved her experience with her but she was not in. I told him what I was looking for and he came through with exactly what I wanted. We had a deal worked out pretty quickly. Then I went in to see the finance manager, Chris Lewis. I'll tell you I was very pleased with my dealings with Chris. That's where a lot of dealerships work on you, trying to pressure you into buying additional add-ons. Chris showed me what service plans they had available and didn't apply any pressure. We were finished with the paperwork very quickly. Again, I am very pleased doing business with them. More
