While looking for a new car I visited multiple Ford dealerships and the minute I step in at Five Stars Ford at Richland I saw a place full of energy, a lot of people smiling and I got a very good feeli dealerships and the minute I step in at Five Stars Ford at Richland I saw a place full of energy, a lot of people smiling and I got a very good feeling and I wasn't wrong. Bruce Eversole took care of me and guided me thru the whole process giving me recommendations, clarifying doubts and giving me an amazing service. He was so professional and respectful I never felt pushed or feel like another number(revenue). He delivered the car on time with all specifications and I got a very fair price for the car I traded. Regarding Bruce, he is so great, after my car got delivered he was following up to check how are things going and when I got an electronic issue he was concern and helped me to get the issue fixed. Regarding Five Stars Ford at Richland, everybody from the receptionist to the finance person, managers made me feel at home.
