Pretty good experience for a first time new car purchase. I felt very welcomed while I was there. Wade, Brian and Chris were very helpful and friendly every step of the way. If I had any questions, they would go out of their way to answer them.

My experience with Sunshine Toyota on my latest new vehicle was very enjoyable. Specifically my sales repesentive, Zac Friesen was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I have had many car transactions in the past, and Zac rates as one the best. Chris Goulet and his team were able to finish off my transaction with ease and in very little time.

Zach and Chris provided very fast and efficient service. I recently purchased a 2012 Tacoma and was on a tight time frame to complete the purchase. They both adjusted there schedules to accommodate my availability. They quickly, but clearly laid out all of the required details I needed to make an informed decision, without putting any pressure on me to make a rushed decision. Overall a great experience!

Very friendly, no pressure environment. Salesperson (Tammi) knew the product's (2013 Venza)features better than me - a first in 40 years of buying cars!!Price negotiation was fair and non confrontational. In short, the easiest and probably the BEST car buying experience I have ever had.

At first, I was really intimidated to go car shopping because I don't really know much about cars. However, the process of buying a car went really smooth because Andriy was very friendly and great at listening to exactly what we wanted in a car. He was very knowledgeable about the different features and patiently explained them to us. He stayed late 3 days in a row to help us purchase the car and at our request spoke with his managers to negotiate the price. Ji was just great at the delivery of the vehicle, super nice and explained everything very patiently and efficiently. Overall, very happy with the experience and would recommend this dealership.

The overall experience was great! Zac was very patient with us in getting us a very reasonable price and Chris gave us a fair price for our trade in. Ji was very detailed in the delivery and had also the patience in explaining the features of the vehicle. Though he had customers waiting, we didn't feel rushed to get the process done. Jackie also assisted us with the paperwork, only downside is during the discussion of the documents when we had questions, she had mentioned that she had "another customer waiting" when my pregnant wife was in the bathroom. I didn't appreciate that as buying a car is not just buying clothes that you can pay for in a day. We had waited patiently for our turn.

Everything was good, I'm really happy with the truck and the experience was a good one. I feel like I got a pretty good deal all in all. And I was surprised how easy it was.

Both Zac and Chris were extremely pleasant to deal with. Zac listened carefully and was attentive to my needs. Chris was, forthright, efficient and effective. He was a tough bargainer, but, I think, a fair one.
