Chethan Chavan is great! I didn't feel pressured and the was given a lot of space to think on my own. We had little to no negotiation which some might see as good and others bad. I felt fine with it. All concerns and questions were thoroughly explained, and Chavan even went the extra distance, personally transferring my kayak racks from my old car to my new one! The gentleman (whose name I have misplaced) in the finance office was very helpful and friendly as well, and was spectacular at add-on sales. It was about as painless a new car buying experience as I have ever had, and I left feeling like I had neither stolen the car or been fleeced by the bottom line, but that a fair deal had been made. More
