Immediately I felt at ease. I felt like i was their main priority- my ideas, my concerns mattered to them. It wasn't JUST the selling of a vehicle to them. It was making sure that I was HAPPY. And I am. I received exactly what I wanted, and they worked with me on a price. I know I can contact them about any concern that I may have in the future with my new car. I had the absolute BEST experience at this dealership and would truly recommend it to anyone!! Warfa was the greatest. The best car sales man I have ever met- truly genuine. More

He gave me hope and excellent advice and did all he could to help me get a new car. He has a calming presence and I think that's very important for a sales person. As i I'm writing this now, i am driving my brand new car. I am exceptionally thankful to him. I also acknowledge Chetan Chavan. He doesn't only do calculations to see you out the door. He interacts with you on a more understanding yet professional level. Very great full to both. More

Was a smooth and easy purchase This was my first car that I bought so I never had any experience with dealers or purchasing a car. I visited other Toyota dealership but I did not get a good feeling about the the dealers I talked to. I just got a price for a Rav4 LE AWD and left without buying anything after a long time talk. I then called Koons Toyota Arlington to see if they can beat the price I had from another Toyota dealer. Maria was very friendly and assured me that they will have a better price for me. After visiting the dealership I was welcomed with a very friendly and professional environment. I worked with Maria Chris and Chatan and they were great during the selling process. I didnt feel that they are pushy at all and they patiently answered all my questions. very good experience at the first time buyer. More

Best decision ever!!! I was in need of new wheels badly after my car of 10 years was stolen. I really liked the Scion FRS, but I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get I was in need of new wheels badly after my car of 10 years was stolen. I really liked the Scion FRS, but I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get it at all and would have to lower my expectations. I walked through the doors and the first car I see is the FRS. Kenneth was extremely friendly and helpful, really the greatest salesperson I've met. He was determined to get that car for me, and by my surprise he did it. Chavan was just as great, he was hospitable and friendly. No pressure at all with the paperwork, he really took the time to help me understand my options. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to buy a new car. More

They are the BEST! WOOW price what i got wasn't comparable to any other dealers i met so far , no any adding fees , price was the price and price was GREAT! My father and I went in to purchase a new vehicle to replace his van that was on its last legs. He was immediately drawn to the 2013 Toyota Rav4 and it was unbelievable how helpful the staff was. I purchased my first Sienna from Koons Arlington Toyota in 2003 and most recently purchased my second Sienna as well. My schedule between work, school, and family life leaves me very little time to spend wasted on other dealerships games and/or indulging in “window shopping.” I knew what I wanted, and Emrek and Chetan got me the best deal possible. Everyone I have encountered at Koons Arlington Toyota is 100% friendly and eager to assist in all avenues or most importantly will walk with you over to someone who can solve the problem (as opposed to pointing you to a desk and letting you rehash your story). It’s refreshing to do business with such a wonderful group of people. More
