I was looking for a pre-owned certified vehicle with low mileage. The car shown looked brand new being a used car and really good shape. My customer service sales rep. She was very patient, attentive, professional, polite, and friendly. She didn't try to pushed the sale on me, so I felt rushed-free and not pressured at all at any time. She offered me various options before the final sale. I walked out of there happy and satisfied with my purchase. I appreciate the great customer service received from Rose Ledee. I would go back again and have her assist me purchasing another vehicle in the future. Also, thanks to Dan Roberts who tried his hardest to accommodate my monthly payments to the closest as possible to my budget. Overall, great customer service experience. In fact, I almost didn't even look here I had experience with Wallingford Toyota years ago! This experience was NOTHING like that, I am happy to say. In fact, I almost didn't even look here and was thinking I'd be buying from another dealership. However, everyone there was friendly. I felt welcomed without feeling pressured or uneasy. There was NO push to sell me. I did my homework on all counts: items in stock, worth of my trade, current loan rates etc. I had not really planned to buy that day. But the deal was very fair and the car was nice, clean, and equipped. So I left with a new used, which is what I wanted. So far I really, really like my choice! I would highly recommend this dealership without a doubt. More
