I was impressed with the dealership, although I was only there for an hour or so to trade in my old car for the new one i purchased. Very clean, everyone was friendly and attentive. Throughout my working career I have been a very strict evaluator and rarely would give a "5" unless a category totally exceeds my expectations. I used the same approach here as well. Customer service provided by Chad Curl was good. This is being picky, but the initial email calculating the price was inaccurate. I left the dealership without the sales contract and other papers, and they had to be mailed to me. We also had a disagreement concerning the front license plate bracket. However, Chad was quick to take care of these things for me as quickly as possible. So, overall I was happy with how I was treated, and I would recommend the dealership and Chad as a salesperson. More
