My wife and I bought our first Genesis. The entire process and experience was outstanding. First off we loved the state of the art luxury showroom dedicated completely to Genesis. The showroom has beautiful sitting areas, glass offices and of course a wonderful set of showroom sample cars to choose from. Our salesman Caesar was extremely professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable. He was not pushy yet he made us feel like we were important and wanted us to buy. In the end we bought a new GV80. Both my wife and I fell in love with look and feel of the car. The interior is absolutely beautiful and is loaded with extras and technology I haven’t seen in many other brands. The ride is smooth, extra quiet and handles as well advertised. The first word that came to my mind after driving the Genesis GV80 was “impressive”. I highly recommend a visit to Advantage Genesis Showroom to see for yourself. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!! More

If there were negative stars I would go as low as possible. Every nightmare negative review happened to me in one in one visit. They are dishonest disrespectful and insulting. They would not honor th possible. Every nightmare negative review happened to me in one in one visit. They are dishonest disrespectful and insulting. They would not honor the deal made by the salesman and made insulting comments like well we have the car so why would we make a deal or if you want the car just pay the price. They try to get you into a long term finance to get monthly # down but you pay way more in finance fees. If you pull the deal they sit you in the waiting area until you get fed up and try to see a manager. I sat there for a good hour my salesman never even acknowledged me,as he had to write up the refund on my down payment. I stood in the managers area around 20 minutes being ignored when it was obvious we were at an impasse and then rudely asked to step out as they inferred I was ease dropping on other`s personal information. I stood outside rot around another 15 minutes and when then told to wait in the waiting area where I sat almost an hour and had to get a manager to sign off on the form, They also said why would they sell me the car when they can get more from someone else. This was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. I won`t mention their names but under no circumstances do business with them. More
