We have worked with Carol Heyse for a number of years and through many vehicles for friends and family and Carol has always been a been a gem to work with. We were glad Carol was able to get the car we want through many vehicles for friends and family and Carol has always been a been a gem to work with. We were glad Carol was able to get the car we wanted in short order. We were also happy with the help provided by Debbie(?) in getting our vehicle prepped, and Mark(?) who helped with our auto insurance coverage in place. The only less than enjoyable experience was with the gentleman who went through the Environmental and Security package, and final payment process. His process seemed rushed and a bit pushy. Sort of in the mold of the classic used car salesperson. Relative to the other personnel we worked with, things just seemed a bit rushed. Overall though, we would work with Martin Honda again in the future. More

I’ve purchased 2 cars Used at Martin and the experience was better. A New car a Huge goal of mine is suppose to be exciting and to see my interior was scratched. During test driving I noticed the protective plastic was still in place for some reason it was removed during detailing. I wasn’t giving a full tank of gas the cleaning of my car was rushed. I was treated like a closing sale. I refuse to keep reaching out. Martin Honda has definitely declined in business. Love my car but I’m disappointed and how business was conducted and handled.
