First Time Buyer At the tail end of a 2005 Dodge Dakota with over 210,000 miles, I was considering yet another truck. My neighbor suggested that I speak with his sale At the tail end of a 2005 Dodge Dakota with over 210,000 miles, I was considering yet another truck. My neighbor suggested that I speak with his sales rep, Carol Heyse at Martin Honda. My first interest was the Honda Ridgeline, however after weighing the pros and cons of a truck and and SUV, I decided on the the Pilot Touring model. One of the pros was the 2017 discounts and .9% 60 month financing. I'm always cautious about a new car experience based on previous purchases. If I had to summarize this purchase it would be 'one of the best, if not the best car buying experience I have had.' I consider myself to be demanding but reasonable, realizing that both parties need to 'win'. I met with Carol several weeks prior to my purchase and during that meeting and time of purchase there was never any pressure. We worked out some of the details of the trade value of the Dakota and a further reduction on the Pilot as it had been used by one of the sales managers for several months. During the transaction I was introduced to Kim Spencer, Finance Manger; couldn't have been smoother. In fact the next day I met with Ms. Spencer to clarify some of the added benefits I purchased and she answered all my questions. Equally helpful was Nick Saporito who assisted me with the initial review of the many features and benefits of the Pilot. Just when I had mastered some of those items, I had to return the next day for a follow-up review. Again, Nick was very accommodating and answered all my questions. I met briefly with Betty the Delivery Manger and am scheduled for added protection applications within a week. Carol also set up an appointment with the service department to install body side molding. In summary, I know this is early in my relationship with Carol Heyse and Martin Honda, but I would say without hesitation, we are off to a good start. I'll update as needed John J. Parker More

Easiest Lease experience I ever had At the end of June, I went to the Dealership looking to lease a new 2017 Honda Civic EX-T. Had an appt. w/ Carol H. When I first meet her, she was v At the end of June, I went to the Dealership looking to lease a new 2017 Honda Civic EX-T. Had an appt. w/ Carol H. When I first meet her, she was very professional and made us feel right at home immediately. We told her we were interested in any of the colors that had the Silver interior as we did not see any on the lot. Within a minute or two she advised us they have 2 over at the alternat lot and had another employee brin ghte car to us. It turned out to be a Cosmic Blue Metallic exterior with Silver interior. We really loved the color and took it out for a test drive. Came back and loved it. Now, I was expecting 'the usual back n forth' over pricing, etc. Well, I got a great deal in the first conversation (I already knew what I wanted to pay before hand). Her first offer was better than what I knew I would want to spend on this model and some other surprises. We were elated. Firs time in 33 years I never had the 'going back n forth with the sales manager / sales rep'! This is how I like to buy/lease my vehicles. The place was very clean and Carol made sure every single step of everything was exlained to me. I would lease, buy another Honda from Carol H any day of the week. After the paperwork was all signed, Nick S. went out with us and demonstrated some of the features of our new vehicle. 100% classy, knowledgable guy who was genuinely intrested in answering all our questions. My first [used] car was purchased here in 2005, and in 2014 I traded that I've personally only ever dealt with Martin Honda to buy and lease my cars. My first [used] car was purchased here in 2005, and in 2014 I traded that car in to lease a new Honda Accord. Just recently, my old lease ended, and I am currently leasing a 2017 Accord - I not only adore my car, I also love the great experiences I've had with the Martin staff over the years. My sales representative, Carol Heyse, is absolutely wonderful! She's extremely knowledgeable and will undoubtedly ALWAYS go the extra mile for her clients to make sure they are getting what they want and need. I continue to come back to her because she does an amazing job of providing me with the proper information so I can make informed decisions about my vehicle. It's not only great when you can get the car that you want, but its also great to be able to afford it and feel comfortable about your decision.
