Easy purchase After researching used cars for my 18 year old daughter, including online, new car dealers as well as used, we bought the first one we looked at on Bo After researching used cars for my 18 year old daughter, including online, new car dealers as well as used, we bought the first one we looked at on Bournes website. Loved the no hassle price. Car was in better condition, about 20,000 miles less and $3000 less than the dozen (or more) we had looked at. They kept the car for a week to do some minor service. When we went to pick it up the purchase transaction took less than an hour. Only problem was it didn't pass inspection due to some minor body rot which they took care of immediately, and provided a rental car. Would def recommend them. More

Why go anywhere else? My experience at Bournes could not have been better. The trade in value of my car was better than any other dealer offered. The price of the car I purchase was lower than other dealers I visited, and the car had more options than the others. The no haggle pricing, and honesty is comforting. Trust is huge for me when making a purchase, and Bourne's earned mine. David Pair was great from the time I walked in the door until I drove off in my new car. He went above and beyond anything I expected. They did everything possible to make the experience great. David and the entire team at Bournes has earned a customer for life. Why buy new? Bourne's is the way to go! More

Low pressure low prices high happiness John was so knowledgable about the car ran me through the carfax service history and made sure i got the car i wanted. Everything I hate about buying the car buying experience (pushy salesman, high stress, back and forth negotiating, pressure from Manager, and of corse the Finance person who is typically as much pushy as the salesman) is non-existent at Bourne Auto. My salesman John was great to deal with. He was knowledgable and not full of your typical BS salesman talk. It was nice to deal with a salesman who was down to earth and not pushy. The same goes for Shawn and the Finance Manager Carlos. It was a great overall experience at Bourne. It is probably the last place I will ever shop for a used car. Thanks again for the quick, friendly, no pressure experience! More

John Benner, Jake Nevens, Shawn Saunders were just a few of the many people that My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Bourne's Auto Center. John Benner, Jake Nevens, Shawn Saunders were just a few of the many people that had helped us purchase our 2008 Chevy Suburban. They were all very friendly, easy to work with, and honest. We felt that they went above and beyond while helping us make some decisions on purchasing our vehicle. Their "No Hassle Price" is great, there is no negotiating on a price what you see is what you get, which takes a lot of the pressure off of you. We are very pleased with our 2008 chevy suburban it is in mint condition with low miles. We also are so happy with this car buying experience we will definitely be referring people here if they are out in the market for a used car. More

Great Experience, Great Dealership, Great Car Having both family and friends who were satisfied Bourne’s customers, I began to use Bourne’s to service my car. I quickly became a fan of Bourne’s se Having both family and friends who were satisfied Bourne’s customers, I began to use Bourne’s to service my car. I quickly became a fan of Bourne’s service department and their thorough work. When the time came to consider trading in that car, I contacted Mike Kelley at Bourne’s and asked if he would provide me with a trade in price for the vehicle. During my visit, I also test drove a car seen on Bourne’s web site (Great Site….easy to use!). I left that evening stating that I liked the car, but needed time & my husband’s help with the decision. A few days later, my husband stopped in to check out the car and found that the car had been fully serviced. Mike shared a copy of the service invoice which detailed an impressive list of items that were addressed. With a fair trade-in price on my car and a fair price on the new vehicle, we bought the car and have had a great experience with Bourne’s. Post-purchase, I contacted Mike about a few minor things that I hadn’t initially noticed. A service appointment was promptly scheduled and each item was resolved. We financed through Bourne’s, too – they actually got us a lower rate than promised. From start to finish our car buying experience was a pleasure. Thanks Mike! More
