Prior to going to Bournes I was turned down by so many other dealers to the point I almost gave up. The staff is beyond professional, caring, understanding and helpful! They truly want what's best for the buyer and are very realistic and upfront when helping you to get your new dream car. They have unbelievably great quality cars at terrific prices and work with you to get you what you want and unlike other dealers what they want you to have. I've had my Mercedes for 8 months now,so far I've had no problems and on top of that received an amazing warranty. Bourne's has to be your first stop when you begin your new car shopping. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Overall Good Experience Overall had a good experience with Bourne and would absolutely buy from them again. The only issue I had was with customer service and follow up. After multiple calls to the sales associate and no call back, I unfortunately had to call the sales manager. I hate to go above the associate but after this going on for almost 6 months it was time to stop waiting and have issues addressed. They still owed me items from when I purchased my vehicle 6 months prior. After leaving a message with the manager I received a call back within hours and received very prompt service. The loan department was AMAZING and really worked with us to get us the best deal. Definitely recommend and will see them again the the future. More
