Excellent Customer Service! I had major issues with the last car that I owned. I went into Bourne's on a Monday not really knowing what I could or even should do about my situati I had major issues with the last car that I owned. I went into Bourne's on a Monday not really knowing what I could or even should do about my situation. Jake was incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable! He had a solution to my problem before I even knew it! I went there in a panic on Monday and left the owner of a new (to me) car that I love on Tuesday. Carlos, was also extremely helpful in the finance department and really worked to get me a loan I could afford! I would recommend Bourne's to anyone, they were friendly, efficient, and professional. More

Bourne's Auto Center makes buying a car easy! I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks. I had a bad experience at a dealership I went to prior to going to Bourne's auto center. The managem I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks. I had a bad experience at a dealership I went to prior to going to Bourne's auto center. The management at this prior dealership was not professional at all. However, when I went to Bourne's Auto Center, the staff (Shawn and Carlos) who helped me purchase a car, were very professional. They took the time to show me each car I was interested in and explained all of the information about buying a car in a way that I could easily understand. They made me very comfortable and made the whole experience very easy. I would recommend them to a friend anytime!! More

John was very helpful, searching all Bourne's cars for ones that I might like, offering me options, and quickly throwing a plate on both cars I wanted to test drive. I came home, researched for better deals (there are none! Bournes prices are very competitive!), researched the dealer ratings, slept on it, then ultimately purchased a Maxima. Excited about the car, I contacted John several times and he replied to all calls/emails in a timely manner and was courteous and professional. When it came time to talk numbers, I insisted on having my trade-in paid off and I felt like John pushed to make that happen. I knew I was getting a great deal on the Maxima and my trade in was paid off (except for $13) so I was very satisfied with pricing and their willingness to satisfy my demands. When I sat down with Carlos and Dave O to finalize the deal, they discussed all options available for financing and warrantees, and then adjusted numbers as appropriate to get me into a price range I wanted in a loan term I was comfortable with. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Bourne's auto! I even had a client notice my license plate holder and say "I've purchased 3 cars from them! All great experiences!" That gave me extra confidence that I'm working with the right dealer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bourne's to anyone on the market. More

Easy, Comfortable, Stress-Free Experience Mario Lee did a great job just letting me work out my own decision on which vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was friendly, attentive, and quick to get a plate on any car I was interested in. He also never hesitated to go to his supervisor with any questions or concerns I had. He made things very easy. Carlos Machado did my finance work and was fantastic. I went in with a pre-approval from my preferred bank, but Carlos was able to quickly get me a much better interest rate that was more than half of the rate I walked in with! He was very clear about all the numbers and made sure he was available to respond to my questions even after normal working hours. He really did an amazing job passing along my requests and answering my questions completely and clearly. Buying a car is rarely a fun process. However, I would go back to Bourne's over and over again because it was so simple, and I always felt like they were just working to help me rather than sell me. The staff was also extremely friendly and approachable. I'll be recommending Bourne's to any friend or family member who may be in the market! More

I lived life this way until my car was literally on its last leg. Fast forward to last week, when I walked into Bornes and was greeted with a warm welcome. Mario Lee, my sales person, was very attentive and caring during the car buying process. He didn't push or assert me to purchase anything, and was willing to work with me. To give a little bit of a back story, I don't have the best credit. Carlos in Finance went the extra mile to ensure that I was placed into a car that was 1000 times better than what I was in and that it was in my budget. Mario and Carlos are class A people and I couldn't imagine doing business elsewhere. Thank you Bournes! More
