Easy buying experience I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Bourne's in December 2014. I had been shopping/looking for about a month prior to the purchase. I was looking o I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Bourne's in December 2014. I had been shopping/looking for about a month prior to the purchase. I was looking online at all the local Honda dealers and even a few independent dealers. The advertised pricing at all of the dealers was thousands of dollars higher than the advertised prices at Bourne's and while I do know that the dealers would negotiate (Bourne's does not), I didn't really feel like dealing with that. I dealt with Alyssa at the dealership and she showed my the 3 cars that I had identified prior to arriving via their website. I took each of the cars out for about a 10-15 minute solo test drive. Alyssa provided me with carfax and maintenance info for all 3 vehicles. I did enquire about lowering the price (since it was late December...end of year deal I thought) to no avail. I did not press particularly hard on this though, not sure if they would have budged from their policy regardless. I had my own financing prior to arriving at the dealership through my credit union. They did ask if they could try to beat it and did in fact beat it by a half % point. I ended up going with Bourne's source since I cared more about the rate than who carried the loan. Paperwork was seamless. Extended warranty was offered at that point but I declined (They weren't super pushy on this). Final thoughts. I had read reviews of Bourne's prior to going there. Most were positive and some were negative. I personally liked the whole experience. I knew what I wanted going in (Late model, below 20K miles, Honda Accord) and I had an idea of what the price should be. I did not require a lot of interaction with the sales team to explain differences in models or options etc. Bourne's had many cars that fit the bill for inventory. I didn't need a 'sales' person but more of a "facilitator". I got what I needed on all accounts. I would highly recommend. More

Mario Lee was the dealer I worked with and he did a fantastic job. He was very helpful when it came to any questions or thoughts that I had. You typically go to a dealership and they put a lot of pressure on you saying demanding phrases like "you should definitely buy this car.." or "this car is the best out there, I know you will be back to buy it." I did not feel this way at all about this dealership. Mario is a very laid back person, who is very easy and pleasant to work with. When I first looked at my car it needed a few improvements here and there, Mario ensured me that everything would be taken care of before he would let the car leave the lot. When I returned back to buy the car, it was in excellent condition and everything I had asked him to fix, he did! I am also a very picky person and will not settle for less than nothing, he ensured me that the car is great and that I have finally found my dream car! Carlos Machado who works in the finance department also did a wonderful job! Again being a first time buyer, this can be a stressful situation. He answered all my questions and solved all of my concerns that I had. He made the process quick and easy with no hassle. He explained everything in a very professional and understandable way, and also made my experience positive! I will be sure to recommend people that are looking for a used car to this dealership and will highly recommend for them to work with Mario and Carlos. Also, the receptionist (sorry I forget her name) was very helpful when it came to answering questions or transferring phone calls, very friendly! More

I had an amazing experience at Boure's. I had let them know a few months ahead of time what I was looking for in a car and they were so great about calling me when something with all my requirements came in so I could come look at it. I finally decided on a 2012 Ford Explorer and we love it! Not only was it a very reasonable price for the car... But everyone from Russ Burnham, David Pear and the finance manager made it so easy to get the deal done. This is the second car I have purchased from them and I have two more cars to purchase for our family in the next year and without a doubt will only go to Boyrne's!
