Bought a new 2019 Ram Rebel from Carl at Criswell. I had contacted them late the previous night because I saw a great deal, Carl responded that night and we met the next morning. I even received a call the next day from Pete, the finance rep, when he found another rebate we were able to apply. He didn't have to make that call but I was very appreciative that he did. Never have loaner cars available!! When I purchased my vehicle and extended service and warranty plan they made it sound easy to call make an appointment get a loaner . Forget it. Even for recall repairs it was almost 2 months to make an appointment. When I took it in for a tuneup/oil change I was told 2 and 1/2 hours if I wanted to wait. 4 + hours later I got my vehicle back. The whole service department needs reorganization and they need loaner vehicle availability for those of us who spent a lot of money on warranty plans. More
