Big improvement from the days when you would sit forever while your credit card was being held hostage and the sales manager was "sharpening his pencil" during a tedious back and forth. If you are a nostalgic individual this tradition persists in the negotiation over a trade at least to an extent. I think I received a reasonable bottom line when all was said and done and I did not spend a lot of time. You can't really ask for more. More

I do believe that I was disappointed in the fact that the only method of payment for our new/used car was either bank check or monetary wire. We have purchased cars at that dealership at least 3 times. We have impeccable credit. I do understand that dealing with the public is one thing but we are not the public.
