Service on previous Acuras- Tom Maxfield has been our service agent for several years. He is always responsive and gets the job done within a reasonable time frame. When the car needed extra time for service, we were able to keep the loaner car- a big selling point to us. We appreciate that his estimates are always accurate. I made the mistake of going to Honda of New Rochelle in 2010 for an Accord and I am so happy that I came back to Acura of Westchester for my 20 2007. I walked into the dealership with 2 months left on my Accord and I did not expect to get a car so quickly. Brianna Tozzo met me at the door and upon explaining my situation she made me feel so comfortable and confident that I could get the car I wanted. Brianna radiates with passion and excitement for Acura; She takes pride in her work and she truly strides to make people happy. Chris Graven remembered me from 2007 and he said he did not want to lose me again as a customer. So Chris and Brianna listen to what I wanted to pay each month and the amount I was comfortable putting down and they gave me exactly what I wanted.
