Finally, a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday, I went to Acura of Westchester (with very little hope for a good deal on a new TL). I was welcomed by this amazing lady, Brianna Tozzo, who was extremely professional and easy to work with. For the first time in my life I was dealing with a sales consultant who was not pressuring me to get into a deal. She was considerate of my concerns (features and financial) and did her best to address those. I highly recommend Brianna (and Acura of Westchester) if you are looking for an Acura. More

Along the way, we test drove two different Acura models here at least 4 times. Our sales person was very patient with our indecision and did not apply any pressure. She was very expert on specs and performance, and answered all our questions in a helpful way. She also provided very clear information on the various available financing deals, and we were not surprised by any unexpected charges or fees when we took delivery last week. When our lease is up, if we decide to get another Acura, we would definitely go back to this dealership, and to our sales person if she is still there. Our enthusiasm reflects our happiness with the product, but we also found the whole process at this dealership very painless. More
