We visited all three Westchester Acura dealers in our pursuit of a new 2013 RDX. Our final stop and where we purchased was from Acura of Westchester. Brianna Tozzo was friendly and listened to what we ne pursuit of a new 2013 RDX. Our final stop and where we purchased was from Acura of Westchester. Brianna Tozzo was friendly and listened to what we needed. There was no typical auto dealer nonsense (those dealers will remain nameless) and we worked out a quick deal. It is sad that this is a rare occurence when purchasing a car today but thankfully our experience with Acura of Westchester was great. I am looking forward to our first service with them and will review that when the time comes. More

When I finally made a decision to pursue the possibilities of getting a new car, it was recommended that I contact Briana Tozzo at Acura of Westchester. I called the dealership, set an appointment to meet with her and anticipated the date. On the day of the appointment, Ms. Tozzo called to reschedule, citing the fact that she wanted to give me her undivided attention. My initial thoughts were, okay here we go, but oh boy was I wrong. She was promptly finishing up with another customer and was free to work solely with me…I felt special and we had never met! There was no pressure, just professional, efficient attention to all of my questions and my interest in a particular model - the Acura ILX. Briana took time to explain the terms available to me and worked with Frank in the finance department to get me a great deal. I left feeling extremely knowledgeable and confident in my decision to continue my dealings with Acura of Westchester. On the day of delivery, my new car was clean and ready to drive out of the dealership. The Finance Department Staff (Kelly) was fully prepared, my paperwork was neatly typed and took they the time to explain all of the details and patiently answered my questions. I was never pressured and was always treated as a valued customer. I have found a “MY” dealership and will always return and I highly recommend Acura of Westchester when you are ready to get your next car. BTW - I Love My New Car!!! More
