Brian was very helpful in replacing my tire. I had a nail in my tire and Brian explained upfront that due to the location of the nail that I would need to replace the tire. He verified the ser I had a nail in my tire and Brian explained upfront that due to the location of the nail that I would need to replace the tire. He verified the serial number and gave me an estimate and explained that a tire could be delivered the next day. He gave me an approximate time and then called me promptly at that time the following day. He was eager to help me and very courteous. After the tire was replaced he explained all the items on the invoice and thanked me for the service. More

I waited for over an hour for my car, outside in the heat and humidity. l was not told by service how long it would take. I did not go indoors because of Covid19 and I am in the high risk category. When I paid for the service there was a customer without a mask. As you know Pinellas County has mandated masks to be worn inside businesses. That is your responsibility. Furthermore, your employees who smoke did not keep 25 ft away from the building and smoked under the drive thru. Several of your employees did not practice social distancing forcing me to avoid them. I am very disappointed in the way your employees carry on. The cost of the service was more than I was quoted in advance You all should be ashamed of the way you do business! More
