Monica needs to familiarize herself with the vehicles she’s selling and not lie to her customers about the features the vehicle actually has to get a sell. To top it off Brad her manager was not willing she’s selling and not lie to her customers about the features the vehicle actually has to get a sell. To top it off Brad her manager was not willing to make it right even though it’s her lack of experience and training that caused me to now be stuck with a vehicle I would’ve otherwise not purchased. To top it off the 2023 vehicle has a paint chipped (was told bring it Thursday no time no details) I arrived and the painter wasn’t there once he did arrive he attempted to slap some nail polish paint on it and say it was fixed. Let’s see if they can at least keep their word and fix it properly. Only positive experience I’ve had was Harveen actually getting a hold of the painter and calling me back with an actual time when the painter would be available. Even though he couldn’t provide me with a solution he was HONEST and willing to go the extra mile, kudos to you! Aside from him I am truly so disappointed in this dealership in Monica and Brad and I would never recommend anyone to step foot there, not that you guys care anyways. More
