Quality was good of the service I received, however The car I wanted to test drive was out of gas, so I went to lunch and came back. When they found out I was really interested and we talked numbers, I wanted to test drive it. They had to add more gas, because they only had put in a little amount. So I had to wait again. The salesman wanted me to look at the car fax on his phone.................too tiny for me to see well. So I had him print it out. Their problems with handling gas in the vehicles is a serious one. Some people would leave and not come back. They also had a problem locating the keys to the vehicle. More

Time for my third Hyundai Several years ago, I bought my first Hyundai (a Santa Fe). I have been hooked ever since. Not only with the vehicles, but with the sales and service Several years ago, I bought my first Hyundai (a Santa Fe). I have been hooked ever since. Not only with the vehicles, but with the sales and service departments at Jason Pilger. I returned three years ago for my second Hyundai (a Genesis Couple) and the day before yesterday for my third (an Elantra). I went in with specific requirements..... for both the vehicle and car payment. They arranged for me to take a vehicle home for my daughter (who will also be driving it) to see. Then, yesterday, they helped me acquire a car with more options than I had anticipated, but with a monthly payment that had me smiling when I left. Of course, the pretty blue car with a sunroorf is also making me smile this morning. :) Thanks to all of you at Jason Pilger!!!! More
