I have nothing but good things to say about Smythe Volvo and everyone who helped me. I have car dealership anxiety and always feel nervous when I am in car dealerships. This experience was different. From the moment Ryan at the front desk called me to set up an appointment - I felt at ease. When Bob my salesman met me - he was so relaxed and didn't put any pressure on me to look at anything or make a decision. He was easy going and made me feel comfortable talking to him. I was in a rush at first and he didn't keep trying to keep me at the dealership. I knew that even if they didn't have the car I wanted, this was my dealer and Bob was my salesman. They did have the car I wanted! And the buying process was smooth and easy. William was so great. He did an extensive tour of the car with us. He was patient, answered any questions, and was so knowledgeable. Abood in financing was also so great. Patient, very informative, and friendly. I plan on having this car for a while, but will be back for any other cars that I need in the future. Thank you Bob and William! More
