Great and Efficient Service I went to Smythe Volvo to purchase my first car, since I'd been living in a city. Since I was looking for my first car, I thought the car-searching pr I went to Smythe Volvo to purchase my first car, since I'd been living in a city. Since I was looking for my first car, I thought the car-searching process would take a few weeks. But after looking at a few cars, Bob helped me find a perfect S60. All questions were answered and the entire process was very efficient. Multiple times, other salespeople in the dealership would come up to me to ask if I was being helped, even though I already was. To me that shows how great the overall service of the dealership is. More

Service Visit Resulted In Leasing My New XC60 Inscription I was in the Volvo dealership for service on my XC90 and as I waited I decided to go upstairs for a test drive on the XC60. It had been four years sin I was in the Volvo dealership for service on my XC90 and as I waited I decided to go upstairs for a test drive on the XC60. It had been four years since I purchased my XC90 and all the staff was new. Initially I felt passed around, almost as if no one wanted to assist me. I was eventually assigned to Bob Cerza who sensed my discomfort and proceeded to explain the Volvo process to me. Bob advised that at Volvo they try to keep the customer with the same sales rep for the customer's convenience and since my sales rep was no longer available, I was assisted by Bob. At that point, I felt so much better. Needless to say, Bob was amazing. He has years of experience, he made me feel so comfortable and made it clear that there was no stress or pressure and he would move at my pace. He also has a great sense of humor. After several hours and a test drive I leased my new XC60. Thanks Bob for your professionalism and I will be back for a refresher course on how everything works. More
