It was a lot to absorb, but Jay assured me that he will always be available if I need more help in operating the car. And finally the closing part with Abood. Very nice person, efficient, knows the drill in closing the deal. I appreciate his recommendation regarding the bundle that covers costly repairs before lease ends. Went there to test drive a lovely 2018 Toyota Rav-4. Its clear this dealership has a high standard for its used cars. The salesman, Bob Cerza, was wonderful and the test drive was excellent. Honestly, were it not for extenuating circumstances I might have bought that car, but I had some external issues that prevented me from doing so. I just wanted to leave a review to ensure anyone that wants to buy here that, from my experience, this is a dealership with a high bar for customer service and quality of their cars.
