The first guy buzz he didn’t really work with us that well and didn’t care if we left without seeing the truck I wanted or to even get to know what kind of stuff I would like to see on a truck! I honestl well and didn’t care if we left without seeing the truck I wanted or to even get to know what kind of stuff I would like to see on a truck! I honestly think he thought our credit score was low and didn’t wanna give us the time of day! Now Matthew on the other hand took us around a bunch of different trucks and talked about his own experiences with his vehicle! He got to know us and everything about us one of the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with we highly recommend him and Jim Norton Toyota! Will definitely be doing business with them again! More

Our salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Once we got over to the financing department our lender was just as friendly and helpful. Both were a pleasure to work with and provided us with outstanding customer service. They also worked with me on trade-in value of my car, as well as the cost of the vehicle I was purchasing. I will definitely be going back when I am ready for my next car and I will recommend them to anyone I know that is looking to buy a new or used vehicle! More

There was not even a hint of dishonesty in Grant or anyone in the dealership. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Go to Jim Norton's. Ask for Grant.
