Was very satisfied in the service - things were done promptly and professionally. Everything was explained to me in details and with no surprised hidden cost, Also received great service in the parts department (My keyless remote was broken - it was repaired and battery replaced at minimal cost to me)

My Review of Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC:
I had dropped off my old Saturn for brake work and on a whim went in to the new car section to check out the Sonic. From the moment I met David I liked him. We went hunting for a Sonic for me to test drive, and I knew it was the right car for my needs. I test drove the LS model, but I decided to try to get the LT (which had the power mirrors and windows which I need). David took me in and introduced me to Bill, who took all my information and worked very hard with the financing companies to get me approved for the car I wanted at a monthly payment that fit into my budget. Saturday when I picked up my Sonic, David went through all the features with me and helped me activate the OnStar service. I called David the following Monday and asked if he could help me setting up my cell phone to work with the car as I had forgotten all the steps to do it. We agreed on Wednesday but unfortunately he was off sick. One of the other sales people (I didn't catch his name) helped me set it up. I am thrilled with my new car !

I purchased a 2004 Chevy Cavalier from Paul Sadlon in 2004 and was disappointed with the service afterwards and would never go back there. I've known Wayne for a long time, we used to coach our kids hockey team together. I needed a new car as mine was on it's last legs, I checked the Georgian Chevrolet webpage to check the inventory and there were a couple of vehicles that I was interested in, unfortunately when Wayne checked, both the vehicles I wanted were already sold. Wayne was willing to check for the colour I wanted, but I really didn't want to wait so I settled on a different colour and I am very happy with my purchase. There were a couple things missed (floor mats and ownership) but I never thought of it at the time I picked the vehicle up, but after taking the time to go over the vehicle I called Wayne and he corrected it right away.

My Review of Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC:
Our whole experience with Georgian GMC was impeccable. Warren Wilkey was amazing. Warren introduced us to all of the employees whom we need to be associated with, mechanics etc. we even got to meet the owner, very cool.

However we were supposed to pick our truck up on the 18th June, we arrive at Georgian GMC at 4.30 to find on the right rear end wheel arch a dent, scratch and a bit of paint loss, hence we could not have our NEW truck, yes we had to wait another week, we picked the truck up on the 24th June and we have found a few faults all miner , thank you for your great hospitality.

One problem, Design flaw with the door/window/body design, rain spins in causing dripping onto doors electric switches, this will cause faults to door mechanics in future. If mud flaps are installed for stone chip protection, and i'm charged $150.00 which are $45.00 in the part stores. I feel that all sierras need window visors from factory at no cost to me or others so that our door switches are not a problem later down the road and when i'm in to get them fixed. i'm told no warranty due to water damage.

Hoping for a call to have my complementary chrome visors installed. Thank you!
