My Review of Okotoks Honda:
We are happily driving around in the pre-owned Civic we just bought at Okotoks Honda.

The car was for sale "as is", but seeing it would cost us effort to do the changes we needed, Honda Okotoks offered to deliver the car in full driving condition and including everything we wanted, for a very reasonable price premium.

They also cleaned the car inside out and threw in a new set of mats for good measure.

We thank Okotoks Honda for the way they handled the sale. We appreciate their excellent customer service.

My Review of Okotoks Honda:
Just picked up my 2012 Honda Pilot from Okotoks Honda. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and on both occasions, the service has been second to none. Both Berton and Majed went out of their way to understand my families needs and we test drove both a Pilot and an Odyssey. When we arrived at the dealership the Odyssey was ready to go for the test drive, whilst we were out Berton had readied the Pilot for us to jump into straight away. There was no sales pressure, so we took around a week to decide after trying some other vehicles. When we decided on the Pilot, the trim level and color we wanted was not in stock, so they worked hard to source the right vehicle. Communication throughout was excellent, I added a couple of extras at the last minute and these were accommodated without a problem.

There are closer Honda dealerships to where I live, but it's well worth the extra drive to deal with Okotoks Honda. There seems to be an arrogance with some of the dealerships within the City of Calgary limits, you just don't get that with Okotoks Honda. They do not expect your business, they value it. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Honda. Thanks again to Berton and Majed.

My Review of Okotoks Honda:
I purchased a used 2008 Odyssey shortly after it was turned in and not yet clean. I had based my pricing on a "needs no work" basis and struck the deal accordingly, which Okotoks Honda accepted. Thereafter, as issues arose from their inspection, and further inspection by myself, Okotoks Honda agreed to all the adjustments and fixes. It even included a new DVD player that I discovered was not working properly at the last moment. The atmosphere was always friendly, honest and positive, even when the issues arose.

Have dealt with Asif for many years. This is our 5th Pilot and we love them. The service is great and most of the time I just e-mail Asif and tell him what I what and he deals with it. So easy!

My Review of Okotoks Honda:
I have purchased several vehicles from Okotoks Honda and have referred several of my family and friends to the dealership as well. They have never let me down, from the sale to the end of a lease and the trade-in to do it all over again. I have never in my life been in a friendlier dealership where people know me by name and are so willing to help. I have full confidence in the service technicians, some of which have been flexible in my requests for service both regular and aftermarket. The service manager, Duane, is one of the most sincere and honest automotive industry employees I have ever worked with. I will always buy my Honda's from Okotoks Honda and anyone looking to buy in the Calgary area should not even bother shopping around. Make one stop and you will be completely satisfied.

My Review of Okotoks Honda:
We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Burton and when we advised him what vehicle we were interested in he quickly arrange for the test drive of three seperate vehicles. Upon advising him of our previous dealings with Rahim upon our return from the test drive we were greeted by Rahim upon which he took us to his office and we went through some different senarios resulting in a deal made on the 2011 Accord. The pricing we found very fair and good value provided for our trade-in.

From our first dealings with the Dealership and our subsequent visits for service we have always been treat with respect and the work always carried out most satisfactorily.
