Used purchase Purchased a used QX80 from Ben. Ben was patient, respectful and took his time with us through several test drives. Vehicle had so minor flaws and the Purchased a used QX80 from Ben. Ben was patient, respectful and took his time with us through several test drives. Vehicle had so minor flaws and they promised to correct them after the purchase. We brought vehicle back a few days later and everything promised was fixed. There was also an issue that was not seen originally and they happily corrected it with out discussion. Goran handled the financing. We know are credit rating what rate we would get, were ready to get our own financing. He was honest with us up front about how he thought we would get a better interest rate on our own. At no time was any pressure put on us to do it with them. In the end we had him send an application directly to our bank and received the same rate. He trusted us and never ran our credit. More
