Unfortunately, the next day the 3 yr battery failed. Brandon Honda immediately dispatched a service tech to our home 30 miles away to give us a jump. The service department immediately installed a new battery and we were on our way. Great customer service. More

First Rate Service Made an appointment for air bag replacement. They had to order the part. Called ahead of time. Part was in stock. Arrived for the 11:00 AM appointment on Monday AM. Wall-to-wall Hondas lined up for service. Took a while to get written up.. Got shuttle service to my destination. Got a call they found a minor problem with my CR-V...told them to fix it. Expected would add an hour to my 1:30 pickup time. Shuttled picked me up. Go to the shop at 1:30 and the car was ready...and spotless...fully washed. Staff was helpful and courteous at all times. Great place to do business. More
