30,000 mile service My 2015 Civic Lx was due for the 30,000 transmission service. I only wanted the drain and fill of 3 quarts of CVT fluid. Several other services were a My 2015 Civic Lx was due for the 30,000 transmission service. I only wanted the drain and fill of 3 quarts of CVT fluid. Several other services were applied which I subsequently denied. This is not the fault of the Service Advisor. I made it clear when the appointment was made that I only wanted the one service. The "recommended" services were too expensive and mostly unnecessary. Augustine was very professional and helpful and I will schedule future appointments with him. More

"Impressive" I have to say from the time I drove up to the time I drove away, I was very impressed with the service Brandon Honda Service Department provided. My service provider (Mr. Augustine Cardona) did an outstanding job of keeping me posted on what was going on with my vehicle and making sure I was comfortable within the waiting area. I took the luxury of walking outside to sit and watch the team in action and as I mentioned above, I was very impressed with all of the service workers on how they interacted with other customers. I decided to walk into the office of Mr. Erik Vogel to let him know how impressed I was with the entire service department; but, he was away from his desk at the time. I personally drive a BMW as the Honda which I brought in for service is driven by my wife. I took my car (BMW) in for service at the BMW service department, and I must say that the way "Team Honda" service department operates compared to the BMW service department is like night and day. You guys "rock" and pay very close attention to detail. It's the little things that matters the most and the Honda Team "gets it". Thank you! For "OUTSTANDING" service as provided by Team Honda, I won't hesitate, nor think twice about bring my car in for service to Brandon Honda or even buying another Honda from Brandon Honda. I will be buying my daughter a car this summer and most likely, it too will be another Honda from Brandon Honda. Thank you very much for the opportunity to leave feedback on how my service went during my visit. It's the least I can do for the wonderful service you guys provided. Thanks!! We were both satisfied with the service and price. I would recommend checking them out if you're looking for a Honda. Yesterday I went in for a routine service (oil change). My Odyssey has 93,000 miles and runs great! We have always gone here for service. My service advisor, John, reviewed the results of our free inspection and helped me plan for future maintenance costs. Brakes. I really appreciate that he didn't try to scare me but helped me plan for the cost. We have always been satisfied with our service advisors. They really help with cost looking for coupons and forewarning of impending maintenance issues. More
