Paragon Acura is a great place to buy your car from. April Connor helped me on my purchase. I am out of state and decided to buy from Paragon. I was worried about buying a car from Out of state will b April Connor helped me on my purchase. I am out of state and decided to buy from Paragon. I was worried about buying a car from Out of state will be difficult and long process but thanks to April it wasn't at all. She helped me from the beginning and always answered all my questions, she is very knowledgeable and professional. I felt like I was there in person buying my car..She even made the arrangements and set everything up for my car to be delivered right infront of my house here in Colorado. Thank you April. Paragon has a great selection of new and certified pre owned vehicles. Great prices on all vehicles too!. I'll buy from Paragon Acura again. More

I did purchase a certified 23 MDX advance and did everything on phone trusting dealership. I was delivered car at my home and then the problem started. 1. Gas mileage 2. Rear passenger tire losing ai everything on phone trusting dealership. I was delivered car at my home and then the problem started. 1. Gas mileage 2. Rear passenger tire losing air, some of the functions not working smooth. Ended up replacing tire at different dealership near my home, still mileage is an issue. To be honest not that happy with this purchase, I wish I could have done at dealership instead of doing over phone. More

Wasn't impressed with the dealership itself but Thomas Ng took very good care of me. He took the time to explain every detail and made sure that I was comfortable with every aspect of the transaction. In the took very good care of me. In the weeks since i bought my vehicle he's reached out a few times to make sure that I'm totally satisfied. I would recommend him every time. The stars that I have the dealership is mostly attributed to Thomas. If wasn't for him my review of the dealership would've been very negative. He's a total gem! Loving my new vehicle and thoroughly satisfied with the details of my purchase. More

They wasted two hours of our time! I presented a deal which they said they can beat or match if I come in. After wasting 2 hours they told us they would be unable to match or honor what they said over th which they said they can beat or match if I come in. After wasting 2 hours they told us they would be unable to match or honor what they said over the phone. They made a “reservation” with the manager Ali who didn’t bother to help us instead, he handed it do another salesman and Ali just sat there while we waited even though we had a reservation. Avoid at all cost, they lie just to get you through the door! More
