This is our third car we are buying from this dealer. All three times we worked with different reps and all three times we had a grand time. This time Antwone top them all up. My overall experience at Dick Scott Dodge/Chrysler was very good. I did most of my purchase over the phone. One thing that I was disappointed on, was that when I picked up the car there was NO gas in th very good. I did most of my purchase over the phone. One thing that I was disappointed on, was that when I picked up the car there was NO gas in the car. I had to head straight to gas station. Although, I do understand that the car was transported from another dealer (about 2 hrs away). Please put some systems in place to make sure that at least there is a full tank of gas for customers buying a new car. More

The perception of purchasing a car from a dealership is usually not good; almost equal to the joy of having a root canal. Previous experiences made me feel like I was being taken advantage of from 'smooth talking' car salepeople. Now, we won't go anywhere else but to Dick Scott Dodge and Antwone Bedford to purchase or lease a vehicle. We get great service which includes not feeling like there were invisible ink clauses that we just signed our life away, to. These are fairly large purchases that you don't want buyers remorse as soon as you drive off the lot. We haven't had that feeling in a long time thanks to Dick Scott Dodge and Antwone. More
