When my wife and I arrived at the main entrance, we noticed several salespeople. We decided to go directly to the representative we had previously spoken with. However, another salesperson, Anthony Baur, approached us and accompanied us into the lobby. I informed him that I already had an appointment, and he asked for my name and my wife’s name.
