Andriy Rudnyk at Crown Toyota Scion

Upon entering the dealership, you immediately had a good impression of the staff as well as the surroundings. Everyone looked professional and you knew who worked there. We were greeted and made to feel comfortable right away without the high sales pressure. We found our sales representative Andriy Rudnyk to be sincere and passionate about his job. We found him to be genuine and knowledgable in explaining about the vehicle we were interested in as well as upon completing the sales agreement. He also had a sense of humour as he filled up my back with red balloons when I went back to drive my new car home. This really touched me as this was my very first brand new car in my life and he made that aspect of it very memorable for me and this I thank him for!!! (I can't count the number of times I have told that story.) Andriy has since called me to make sure everything was fine with my new car, which I appreciated very much.

This is my all time stress free used car shopping experience ever!!
I walked into the dealer shop late the evening on Sat May 04, 2013 and found the car I was looking for. Made an offer and shake hands. That is it, all done! and picked up the car within two days(after checked out and nicely cleaned)

At first, I was really intimidated to go car shopping because I don't really know much about cars. However, the process of buying a car went really smooth because Andriy was very friendly and great at listening to exactly what we wanted in a car. He was very knowledgeable about the different features and patiently explained them to us. He stayed late 3 days in a row to help us purchase the car and at our request spoke with his managers to negotiate the price. Ji was just great at the delivery of the vehicle, super nice and explained everything very patiently and efficiently. Overall, very happy with the experience and would recommend this dealership.
