Was helped by Kim who made everything so easy got to test drive without anyone which was really awesome. Fell in love with my car. Went in to financing to purchase and Carlos was great! Was out of there in my new car by 3:30 and even got to leave my rental there for pickup from enterprise. Loved the no haggle part cause what's to haggle the prices were the best around. I researched cars for 2 weeks as well. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to. You guys rule!!! More

There was no beating around the bush or sugarcoating. This is the third car my family has purchased from Bourne (and they're all currently in use!), and I don't think we'll ever go anywhere else. The website is great for shopping, lots of great pictures and info on each vehicle. Mario, Carlos and Amy were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Carlos spent plenty of time explaining the financing and even enlightened me on a way to lower my payments in a little while. I came here due to friends’ recommendations and was not disappointed! APR rates are good, paperwork is completed quickly, price of extended warranty is a decent price and covers almost everything. The only area I would rate less than excellent is the detailing of the car but I am extremely picky about detailing. More

It was litterally no hassle with my whole experience. Trevon and Carlos was very friendly and easy to work with. Trevon was very helpful with the process from beginning to end and the financing part usually would be dreadful but Carlos made it painlessly, simple, easy and Quick! Such a very pleasing experienced doing business with them both! Thanks guys!! Also the car had scuffed marks on all four rims and was very impressed on how they restore it as if it was brand new! Overall I definitely recommend this dealership and would also go back for my next purchase. More
