Alex Lapointe was excellent, patient, and more than willing to work with us in the selection of a car for our daughter. There was no overt pressure, a friendliness and genuine warmth, as well as a pleasant personality that made working with the dealership most worthwhile. While initially not drawn to a Hyundai, if the dealership is representative of the car, we would not hesitate to purchase a car again from them or to recommend the dealership to friends.

Great customer service, Alex made me feel very comfortable and was not pushy whatsoever. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The atmosphere in the building was great and clean. Was very happy to bring my business there, as it was by far the best dealership that I had visited in the area. Look forward to dealing with Alex and the rest of the staff in the future.

I seriously believe that people and not the name or brand make the difference. This was the case when I visited Hyundai on Hunt Club. The friendliness and professionalism shown by both Alex Lapointe and Eli Nassrallah were exceptional. Alex returned my calls promptly answering all my questions and keeping me updated on my vehicle's ETA. Both Alex and Eli did their best in getting me a good deal. Every time I visited the dealership they both came out to greet me. Good service and experience.

I enjoyed dealing with Alex as he was very friendly and attentive. He called back in short order after I left a message and answered all of my questions. He seemed to have my interest at heart and had a good feeling dealing with him.

This is the closest dealer to my house. I stopped there and met Alex Lapointe, who showed me the car I was interested in. After showing me the features, I was offered a test drive. I was shopping about 5 different cars and was up front about that I was shopping around. Alex never pressured me and I went on my way.

A week or so later, as I had narrowed down Hyundai as one of my top choices, Alex gave me a friendly call to see what my intentions were and to offer me an invite to a sale. I told him I wanted a 2nd test drive with my wife and child, and that I was going to take the car on the highway to see how it felt. Alex was more than accommodating. I left that day happy and decided I was purchasing.

On my 3rd visit the deal was finalized and it was pleasent. Way better than my 1st car buying experience. Alex never talked down to me or my wife and never pressured me. I was ready for a jerk salesman and met a nice guy.

I came in to Hyundai after having looked at a Ford Escape and I was pretty much sold on the spot. Alex took me through all the features of the vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt pressured to buy the Hyundai even though he was well aware of the fact that I was looking at another Make/Model. I was treated with respect and courtesy and at the end of the day, I was made an offer I couldn't refuse. I trusted Alex and just had a good feeling about the dealership in general. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex or the dealership to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle.
