Best Experience with Albert. Period. Albert Nkansa was the best! I was shopping around for a 2015 S3 Daytona Gray Launch Edition. Because this was a new car in the North American marke Albert Nkansa was the best! I was shopping around for a 2015 S3 Daytona Gray Launch Edition. Because this was a new car in the North American market, dealers did not let me test drive this exclusive car. But not Albert. He was the only one to offer me a test drive without the pressure of committing to buy the car. He did not try to sell me a different car, like a Prestige A3. He asked what I wanted and made sure to go out of his way to get it. There was a S3 Daytona Gray coming in for delivery that was not already sold. Albert was able to get me a great price and I was sold the same day! Albert was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Other dealers did not want to take me seriously because of how young I looked. Albert treated me like a normal potential customer, if not better. While waiting for delivery, Albert kept me updated through text and phone calls. When it was time to pick up my car, I arrived around closing time. But that did not stop Albert from staying late and helping me get the car that day. Although it is out of my way, I am glad I traveled from NY to visit Albert at Bell Audi, NJ. I will definitely be returning to Albert for future purchases and recommending him to others. Even after purchasing my S3, Albert is still going out of his way to help me with other things. More

I mentioned that I liked a blue s5 on the showroom floor and he instantly moved four vehicles in a matter of two minutes so I could test drive the car. From that moment forward I knew Albert was serious about helping me as a customer and made the buying experience fun and informative. He was also able to find me additional discounts through an agreement between Audi and my employer to save me more money. Once Albert helped me he then was able to help a friend with me purchase a new vehicle the same day. Excellent buying experience I was in the market for another luxury sedan, I was considering the A7 or another A6. I was lucky enough to have bought a Q7 previously from Albert Nk I was in the market for another luxury sedan, I was considering the A7 or another A6. I was lucky enough to have bought a Q7 previously from Albert Nkansa, who I have to say is the best sales person I have ever met. He was thoroughly professional answering all my questions and taking the time to test drive the A7 that I was thinking of buying. Unfortunately the dealership didn’t have the color combos I wanted but Albert took my order and promised delivery before Christmas and sure enough I received my new car before the date promised. Albert was extremely available, plus he provided his personal cell if I had any follow up questions. In the past I have been able to call Albert for any need I had regarding my other Audi’s. I bought my first Audi from a different dealership but have switched to Bell Audi because of how great Albert has been with everything. Albert took as long as I needed to make sure I was comfortable with my new Audi A7 and even answered some questions my wife had on her Q7 while we were there. Needless to say, Albert is one of the most professional and friendly people I have ever met. If you're in the market for an Audi, give Bell Audi a chance, just ask for Albert Nkansa, you will never go anywhere else once you meet Albert. More

He answered all my questions as they came up via his personal cell or email). He provided me with all the information that I needed and even answered the questions I forgot to ask. Over several weeks he checked in periodically but I finally decided to buy from him because his price was very reasonable (and I did my research!), and also because he really knows the brand - he's not just a salesman but he also believes in and stands by the Audi brand so his pitch wasn't forced, desperate or inauthentic. The only downside was the paperwork when he closed the deal. There's a lot to do but he made me a priority and expedited processing. He even went one step further and coordinated shipping my car cross country to my doorstep at my new apartment. I would highly recommend and trust "Al" to sell to any of my friends of family. More
