Allan explained all of the options well. He also explained the differences between the models. I also appreciated the fact that he suggested test driving both veloseter models before I made my decision.

We were greeted at door by Alan Suglyama who presented me with his card and mentioned if myself or my wife had any questions, to let him know...We did have questions and he helped us out finding a great new car...He was very courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at any time, which is what we like when shopping for a vehicle...Together we all ran through what we were looking for, which included size of vehicle and accessories we wanted in that vehicle...After deciding on the vehicle we wanted, and all paperwork given to us for viewing, we were passed over to financial, for a loan...All the while, Alan Suglyama was checking with us to make sure we were looked after properly and if we needed anything, he would help us... Our financial advisor was Richard McElree and after going over financing and everything involved with it including getting financing, we decided that we wanted something a little cheaper to keep payments at a more comfortable level for us...Richard showed us a great 2012 Nissan Versa which we fell in love with, and after he found the financing, we bought the car and it was the best thing we ever did...Richard McElree went above and beyond to help us get into our new car and we could never thank him enough. These two people have made our car buying purchase one of the best we have had...They helped us get into what we were looking for and their friendly and professionalism made the buying experience a pleasure... I would definitely return to West End Hyundai when the time comes for another vehicle purchase...

I have been looking for a new SUV for over 3 months and have dealt with numerous salespeople and dealerships. West Ed Hyundai was by far the best. I found Alan in particular to be very knowledgeable and fair. There was no pressure at all from him and he really did do his best to give me a fair deal. Likewise, my experience with both Aaron and Vance was great as well. The only downside to my experience was Krystal (the second finance manager I dealt with). To be fair it was her first or second day at the dealership. However, she was pushy, rude, condescending and I almost walked out of the dealership after having to deal with her. Had it not been for the other professional, knowledgeable and courteous sales team members I had dealt with I probably would have left at that point.
I highly recommend Alan, Aaron and Vance for financing, but do avoid Krystal if you can.

I was interested in purchasing the Hyundai Tucson, and had had previous dealings with another dealership. I was referred to West Edmonton Hyundai, and to Alan Sugiyma in particular, and am very happy I went with them. Alan was very knowledgable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He, along with Aaron, were very upfront and honest with what they could, and couldn't do for me which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Very great experience, treated us extremely kind, beyond fair with pricing and service. Alan was especially helpful, he went above and beyond to add that extra service (gave us a touch up pen, filled tank 3/4 full rather than half which was very generous). I definitely will recommend both Alan and West End Hyundai to any friend or family looking for new or used cars in the future.

My husband and I were both very pleased with the assistance we received from Alan in purchasing our used Santa Fe. Alan went out on a limb to get us the best deal he could. Devin was very helpful also, but we feel that he could have done a little better on the price. Over all, we are satisfied with our purchase and would recommend West Edmonton Hyundai, and especially Alan. :)

Without a doubt, one of the most friendliest dealerships around, Alan never made me feel like i was pressured into a certain situation. Great approach, great service, great execution.

We're thinking on getting an upgrade within the next few months for the wife and Alan at West Ed Hyundai will most certainly be one that we'll be considering.
